How we use it:

• It is wonderful in mouth rinses to help keep the oral cavity clean and the breath fresh.

• It is said to be useful in compressed to sooth and relax digestive and muscle spasms.

• Believed to increase mental clarity so try misting in the room to help focus.

• Some recommend it in times of cold and flu – mist or add some to your bath.
