How we use it:

• We use it as a compress on any knocks and small injuries

• For those who enjoy sports, try as part of your post workout massage – simply spray on before the massage oil is applied – and enjoy the soothing anti-inflammatory support.

• Add to your home made creams and lotions, toners and cleansers – it is well known for soothing damaged skin. Suitable for sensitive, congested and mature skin types.

• We also use it as a mouthwash after any dental work as well as gum issues such as gingivitis (mix half half with water)
