  • We love it vaporised with our black pine or pine needles essential oil or cypress essential oil for relief of cough. It can be used for catarrh or sinusitis blended with essential oils such as our peppermint or tea tree in a personal inhaler too.
  • To sooththese pesky muscular aches and pains – blend a few drops of our fir needle essential oil with a couple of drops of ginger and/or rosemary. Remember to dilute well in some fixed (carrier) oil for a lovely massage oil.
  • For fatigue, stress and tension, as a nervous ‘restorative’ we diffuse it blended with bergamot and/or lemon, and a drop of coriander seed. It can be tried with out lavender essential oil too.
