• It is often recommended as a toner for normal to oily skin
• Add to shampoo and/or conditioner or simply spray on to support healthy hair growth and shine.
• It is said to be useful as a compress for arthritic conditions inc. gout (compress) AVOID during pregnancy and with high blood pressure.
